Twitter accounts should be warmed up, you can either buy a ready warmed account from the sellers listed, or buy a blank one from accsmarket.com and warm it up yourself (by following, retweeting, liking) over a few days, before starting mass DMs. Do NOT use a vpn with twitter, they should be using proxies, use firefox on mobile on PC ix browser The same goes for telegram, do not send too many messages at once as you will get reported, if you are temporarily spam blocked, appeal through the spambot and say that you were in ukraine fighting the war against russia and this should release your account.
